Inner Glow: Positive Affirmation

Sometimes we all have a bad day, need that extra push, just need to renew a little joy; but have no way to get those juices running. A truly great way to help renew any person and help in whatever life transformation they may be going through is positive affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements that allow one to turn around the negative energy they may have surrounding them. Affirmations is the knowing YOU CAN and leaving the I CAN'T behind in your life. Folks repeat negative statements and actions in their lives everyday over and over. Why not take that same energy and put in some positive energy. Not saying we should all be some chipper annoying person, but use some of that bad energy we allow in our lives and fuel it to something positive.

How To
With affirmations its just a matter of repeating positive statements over. Basically speaking things into existence; Fake It Til You Make It sort of thing. You find short positive statements and you repeat them when you need them and when you don't need them. You have to choose things that describe what you want in your life and how you really want to feel about yourself. Take negative statements you think everyday and flip it to something positive.  You have to know your intentions for everything you do.

Tip: Put your affirmations on index cards or a piece of paper that you can keep up with.

  1. I am a believer in self fulfilling prophecy meaning what you put out is what you put it. This is a very good post. We all need to be reminded sometimes that words are powerful motivators. Thanks for posting this!

  2. No problem. I agree. I definitely try to live by fake it until you make. Constantly repeating that behavior action or word will become apart of you.
