1. What made you decide to go into the cosmetic business?
I was always driven to create a quality brand not just a cosmetics business and wanted to build it from ground up because I am passionate about Truo’fles Cosmetics. Ive always loved makeup and beauty products. There was a lot of thought and time dedicated to building this company. A few years ago I had a vision and I knew I was going to make that vision happen.
2. What does the name Truo'fles mean? How did you come up with it?
Truo’fles means “A Sweet Collection of Makeup.” It will make you smile and you will be satisfied with the outcome.
When putting together this line, I was motivated by so many things and people and I placed all of that love together and there came Truo’fles.
3. What inspires you?
I have a nice circle of that inspires me. I've always been very driven to get the job done no matter what it is.
4. Why is Mineral makeup the best to use?
Truo’fles mineral powders are the best because we have powders that are light-weight and protects the skin with an SPF 15. They are safe meaning talc-free, oil-free, paraben-free, and fragrance free and made for All Skin Types. We have eight indulging shades of our mineral powders. Its good makeup; excellent coverage with a matte finish.
5. What separates Truo'fles from other brands?
This line of makeup has came with a New, Fresh, and Bolder look. There are four collections that will grow and when it does, we want the customers to vote and add to the collections. I like that I was able to create an affordable and quality line.
6. What products are your favorite in your line?
I love the entire collection, I really do! I cannot go anywhere without my Dolce Vita Lip Pot. It looks so classy and right for my lips. It’s a very sexy shade.
7. Where do you see your company in 5 years?
In five years I see Truo’fles at the top because that’s how hard I plan to work to make that happen. There are lots of plans for Truo’fles and I just want people to enjoy the products and provide us with their feedback so that I can continue to provide the best for them. I am very confident and know the makeup will be loved.
8. What advice can you offer to our readers that may be trying to follow their dreams of being a business owner?
When you find something you really enjoy and passionate about, you have to stay focused and work hard to get it done. Stay motivated and make it happen
