Mel B. Introduces a " Heel That Heals " for ShoeDazzle

Former Spice Girl and " Dancing With The Stars " contestant, Mel B. has partnered with ShoeDazzle's Celebrity Design Program for Charity. Mel B. was inspired by the patients of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles who attended her ShoeDazzle design session.
