Beija-Flor Naturals | Organic Soap and Shampoo Bar | Review

Have you heard of Beija-Flor Naturals? I have, and I must say that I've heard many great things about their products. One of the main things that drew me into this company is that they offer an assortment of natural and organic products, in which I've recently discovered a new found love for. I'm also, always in search of great products for my skin and Beija-Flor Naturals soap bars are definitely a recent addition on my " must have " list :o)

Organic Soap and Shampoo Bar
Beija Flor Naturals' Organic Soap and Shampoo Bars are handmade and completely free of harsh detergents, chemicals and sulfates. Their ingredients include: organic shea butter, coconut oil, olive oils and various essential oils and herbs depending on the bar. The bars are safe for all skin types including adults, children and sensitive skin. As a bonus, the bars also double as a shampoo bar that promotes soft, bouncy and radiant hair.

The packaging.

The bars are about 4-4.5oz.
( Lavender )

Glow: The first thing that I noticed and liked about this soap was the packaging, it's very simple. I know some people are really into extravagant and fancy presentations but I think the simplicity in the packaging coincides nicely with the whole natural and eco-friendly feel of their company. Not to mention, the soap itself is really pretty and it doesn't need anything extra to make it stand out. The soap lathers really well and it smells incredible, I have the lavender scented one ( they come in different fragrances ) . The most impressive attribute is that the scent is soft and it also lingers in your skin throughout the day. That's a huge plus to me because there are a lot of soaps that only smell good in the shower and quickly wear off, not this one! I also LOVE that my skin feels really smooth, soft and hydrated after use.

Glare: There are honestly NO cons for me! I am in LOVE with this soap! ( and that's rare coming from me because there are very few bar soaps that I adore )

Would I Recommend It? Yes, Yes and Yes ! Another thing that I noticed is that unlike a lot of  "natural" soaps this one didn't have any "fallout". If you're not sure what I mean, let me explain. I've purchased an African Aloe soap in the past which had little black particles in it. The soap was pretty to look at but the fallout was terrible, my shower was left covered in those little black particles which was quite the annoyance. But Beija-Flor Naturals Organic Soap is the complete opposite, it's texture is smooth and solid!

Overall Glam: It's definitely a keeper and a must have for bath/shower time. It's also affordable! They are currently only $5 per bar and come in a variety of fragrances, it's a pretty decent sized bar too so it will last you a while. I haven't yet tried it on my hair but I definitely plan too, it smells absolutely delicious!
