Lavera | Foaming Cleanser & Night Cream With White Tea & Karanja Oil | Review

Can you believe that summers almost over? I surely can't, it went by so fast! But I am anticipating Fall which is my favorite season. I don't know about you but my skin goes through different phases with each seasonal climate change, which is why I have to consistently work at keeping my skincare regimen in tact. So you know what that means, changes in my skin equals a change in my routine. One of my main skincare goals is to remain looking youthful as long as possible and that definitely starts with healthy skin.

Lavera is a natural cosmetic line that offers organic makeup & skincare and also vegan friendly products. They pride themselves on making safe & healthy products with ingredients that are customized for sensitive skin. MyAge is one of their current skincare lines that's formulated with the purest ingredients from nature. It  promotes healthy skin and works to visibly improve and protect skin against harsh environmental forces.

I recently got to try out Lavera's MyAge Gentle Foaming Cleanser and the MyAge Night Cream. Both products are vegan and their active ingredients include White Tea Extract, Phytocollagen, Nutraceramides, Aloe Vera and Karanja Oil. Check out my detailed review of both products below.

Glow: Let's start with the facial cleanser. It's a liquid formula which turns into a foam when you pump it out of the container. It has a super light scent and lathers really well. I love that my face felt so smooth immediately after use and it did not dry out my skin. The regenerating night cream has a similar light scent and is extremely rich and creamy, you definitely want to use it in small doses especially if you have oily skin like me. My skin felt silky and appeared bright after applying it.

Glare: My only gripe is that the foaming cleanser is only 1.6 oz, I've only used it a handful of times and it's already half empty. I will admit that I do pump a generous amount of it out, probably like two full pumps of product, It might last a bit longer if used sparingly.

Would I Recommend It? That just depends on what it is you're looking for. I think it's a little bit on the expensive side given the size although you do have to take into consideration it's beneficial ingredients and the fact that it's vegan. Most natural products do tend to run a little higher than others. Whether to purchase it or not really depends on your personal skincare goals.

Overall Glam: The main benefit that I've noticed since using both products is that my skin definitely feels smoother and looks more vibrant. I'm sure with continued use these benefits will only get better. Also as fall and winter approach I think the Night Cream will help a lot because although my skin is oily it also tends to peel when the weather gets cold and the cream seems really rich and moisturizing.

* Lavera's MyAge Gentle Foaming Cleanser currently retails for $29 and the Regenerating Night Cream retails for $45. To purchase or to learn more please visit www.lavera.com .
